Leave a Legacy
The Friends of the Helen Schuler Nature Centre Society is honoured to be considered as the recipient of a bequest. Including the Friends of HSNC Society in your Will enables you to provide meaningful lasting support for environmental education after your passing.
By disclosing that you have made the Friends of HSNC Society a beneficiary of a future gift, you make it possible for your generosity to be recognized now. It also allows you to make clear any restrictions or specific wishes for your gift. All future gifts will be kept confidential unless it is the donor or donors’ wish to be acknowledged publicly.
Bequests should name the “Friends of the Helen Schuler Nature Centre Society” as the beneficiary. The following Will clauses are provided as examples only:
“I give, devise, and bequeath to the Friends of the Helen Schuler Nature Centre Society (dollar amount of gift of property or portion of the residue) to be used in such manner as the Board of Directors may direct.”
OR“I give, devise, and bequeath to the Friends of the Helen Schuler Nature Centre Society (dollar amount of gift of property or portion of the residue) to be used for the purpose of _________________.”
